Activate or Re-Activate Duo Mobile Application

Browse to Outlook.Office365.com or your Citrix WorkPlace login and login with your company credentials.

 

On the Duo Prompt page you should see a Settings option.

 

On a Duo prompt, click on Settings and choose My Settings & Devices.

Click on the gear icon and choose Activate Duo Mobile.

Follow the prompts to install Duo Mobile on your device and activating Duo Mobile.
